Dennis Kwee is the Deputy Managing Director of GD Holdings. He holds a Bachelor (Honors) Degree from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). He was appointed to the Board on 1st January 2020. He has more than 26 years of experience in the property development industry. He is responsible for the Group’s business operations including the implementation of the Group’s policies, systems and processes, overseeing other departments like Project, Finance, Human Resources, Property and Leasing, Sales Administration and Credit Control etc, liaise with relevant parties on issues pertaining to the property development including government officials, consultants, contractors, bankers, lawyers etc.
Dennis started his career in 1994 with Bistari Corporation Sdn Bhd, an affiliate company of IGB Corporation Berhad. Prior to joining GD Holdings Groups in 2017, he was attached to Kihuat Properties Sdn Bhd, a developer in Bandar Sg Long and Asia Quest Sdn Bhd, the boutique developer developed projects in Mont’ Kiara.
