GD Holdings hosted a Media Night – Durian Fest at Durian World, a signature attraction in Gembox on 13 January 2023. It was attended by various print and online media namely News Straits Times, Berita Harian, Harian Metro, Kosmo, Utusan and Sin Chew Daily. Apart from expressing sincere gratitude to the local media for their unwavering support, the main objective of the event was to update and exchange information about GD’s current and future development.
Gembox successfully organised and hosted its FIRST New Year Countdown Celebration on 31 December 2022. The performers of the night among others were Jeff Chin, former radio host at MY.FM and Nen Tebabo, radio host at NEGERI.FM. They were joined by local singer Sunder Chandra, Hasif Upin, a singer who once went viral with his Upin dan Ipin parody on Tiktok, as well as local live band AQSA and Putera.
